Q.

my baby is 6 months old, I started to give nestum. How many scoops of nestum per feed can I give and how munch water should I give.

A. you should start with one scoop and slowly increase its quantities. for now.. give more liquids like rice water or dal ka Pani or fruit purees.. semi solid meals should be started after few weeks

A. Ma’am That completely depends on the appetite of the child as to how much did you want to introduce also the procedure is mentioned on the box itself so just read it carefully and accordingly you can make it for the child because you know all these things are easily mention and we probably not remember it every time what is the right measurement that you should be taking
