Q.

My baby is 6 months old I have started giving her dal , soup and Parle g biscuit in milk and normal packet milk when she was 5.5 What else I can start and in which quantity .. How’s her routine should be made And water should be given? And how many times

A. hello dear.. biscuits should be avoided... it's not good for baby's gut n health, growth. Start by offering small amounts of solids once a day.. preffer day time to feed. Follow three day rule. Breastfeeding or formula feeding should continue alongside the solid foods, as they still form an essential part of the infant diet till 1 year. Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) . Moong Daal water, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge.
