Mam it is not a problem in taking these medicines I can say that they are hundred percent safe of course but still at the end of the day since you’re feeding mother we don’t advise you to take medicine without doctors advice if it has any effect on you which is not right it can go to your child also by mixing in the milk which is why it’s not a good idea to take it without doctors advice
