Q.
My baby is 6 months old and suddenly he is doing potty 4.5 times in a day.Sometimes it's colour is green watery and yellow watery and sometimes yellow white tight stool.Why this happens suddenly no diet change.Is teething problem?

Teething could be definitely one reason but since you have mentioned that there is white coloured motion as well there could be a bride possibility of a stomach infection so I think it would be better for you to consult your paediatrician regarding the situation
