Q.

my baby is 6 months old and I have started giving her solid food twice a day. I am able to pump and give her 550 ml per day. Is my milk supply moderate, low or high?

A. I am not sure if I am giving too much solid and skipping milk..I am giving her twice till she is full.. so is 550 ml a good milk supply or should I reduce the solid and give her formula or try to increase my milk supply

A. If your child is full in 550 ML per day that means it’s a decent enough supply that your child requires to if you feel it is less then you should take some good lactation and supplement to increase your breastfeeding otherwise you can also alongside when you feel the feeding is less you can give formula to the child
