my baby is 6 months old and he will turn 7 from March 20th...can I give boiled apple and banana to him? and he sleep very less compared to other babies....what can I do

A. good evening you can definitely give both the fruits to your child but banana should not be given during the evening I would recommend that you should try to give your child banana during the day only
