My baby is 6 months old and has this kind of rash (picture attached) on the nose, stomach, neck, and hair. Please clarify which kind of infection it is and suggest whether immediate attention is needed.

A. if this is appearing all over the body better to give a visit to doctor as it may be because of allergies or infection maintain hygiene you can use lacto calamine lotion or sandal paste
