Q.

My baby is 6 months old and had UTI for which we gave antiboitics for 5days and the urine routine test also came fine but urine culture test came positive for which doctor suggested sporidex oral drops 100mg/ml for 2 months course to avoid further infections. Is it good to give antiboitics for such a longer period of time?

A. Its Really very long mostly antibiotics are only given for maximum five days after that it’s not recommended to go for but if your doctor has advised you to go for two months there has to be some particular reason behind it so you go ahead with what your doctor is advising
