My baby is 6 months and 3 weeks old. Before 2 weeks she had cold from that time she used to poop with mucus and white colour round round poop,we had started to give solid food (curd and riped banana) after that she pooped as same as that but some black color poop seen. So we stopped giving curd and banana. Today she pooped full of mucus in green and black color. I am worried about this. What's the solution for this?
