Q.

my baby is 6 months and 17 days old and due to switch to formiula 2 my baby got constipated but from last 2 days i started to give him cows milk instead of formula and he feels ok and got relaxated from constipation. is it ok to give him cows milk at this age?

A. yes usually cow milk is avoided before completion of one year of age because before that it can cause cow milk allergy which might lead to either constipation or loose motion or colic dpain. but if you have given cow milk earlier and it did not cause any digestion problem then you can continue to give it to the child otherwise stick to the milk which was given since birth.
