Kajaal JaiswalMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. Just because a baby turns 6 months doesn't automatically mean that they are necessarily ready to begin soilds...Your kid is young enough that none of those foods you are offering have anywhere near the nutrients of breastmilk or formula. If you insist your child eat solids as a major component of his diet, you will be shorting him nutritionally and hurting his development...give semi soild food like Apple puree , Daal ka pani, Formula or breastmilk ...give Dexolac Stage 2v It's easily digestible and has 36 essential nutrients required for baby complete growth and development. It improves baby's immunity...
Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is very common that during the initial one or two years the child might take liquid or semi solid diet.
but you can always gradually shift to semi solid to solid diet with increasing consistency and youx have to progress by 20% to 30% every few weeks.
it is a learning process of swallowing as well as she is going by the xchild so do not worry and continue your efforts.
the child will learn the chewing process gradually because the child is always copying people around them
