my baby is 6 month old whever i give her milk she spills and vomit back aftr few minutes or an hour

Babies spit some amount of milk and this is totally normal so you should not worry about it at all. The only thing you have to do is don’t over feed your baby and try to keep your baby on your shoulder after every feed. It will help to digest the milk. So just do this.
