Hello ma’am Begin with you should give it twice a day and it could be lunch and dinner but another after 15 to 20 days you can shift to breakfast lunch and dinner also it’s always important to start it the same way. I would advise you to start with rice Dal water khichadi porridge mashed banana mashed potato vegetable soup vegetable purée pumpkin soup fruits Suji Upma Kheer oats ragi and also you can give cheese Paneer and curd to your child and good amount of water and also if you wish to you can add all the necessary spices like salt sugar and turmeric from the very beginning itself
