My baby is 6 month old i have started giving him cow milk from 4.5 month so what should i start initially as solid food

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, solid foods should be given after completion of 6 months. Ideally, Cow milk or any external food should not be introduced until 6 months. Baby’s digestive system is not mature till 6 months.
