my baby is 6 month old..his sleeping is very less..his nap is 10 min..and night also he wakes up many times..sudden this is happen like few week..what happens I don't understand..

A. Do light massage keep room temperature normal not so cold not so Hot

A. Before going to sleep. Make him bath with hot water( not too hot)

A. Teething and hunger could be the reason if you’re only breastfeeding the child I would recommend you to start giving another mail also with which actually it will be healthier because the child would be able to have another milk and would be full for duration to sleep better
