A. Frankly speaking
No need to give anything except vitamin D3 drops, if baby is on exclusive breast feed.
Continue with exclusive breast feed ur baby till completing 6months of age.
It will help.
Give vit D 3 drops 400 IU per day till 1year

A. Hi You should not give any over-the-counter medication for the baby but if by mistake you have given if you need not to worry just ensure that you check with the doctor for the same for a change if you have to
