My baby is 6 month and sometimes his stool is hard with blood

The blood in the motion could be due to hard hardness so try and give more of fibres and fluids in the diet so that the diet is good motion is good and the hardness will automatically reduce the child dehydrated to an extent by the motion is becoming really hard
