Q.

my baby is 6 mnths old.. i am feeding him cerelac but he doesn't want to hav that... what else can i give him... can i give buffalo milk to him

A. It is recommended to introduce cow or Buffalo milk to baby from 1 year onwards only as these are heavy to digest. Till then, feed only breastmilk or formula milk. Now you can start feeding pureed or mashed foods like lentil puree, mashed banana, apple, carrot and pear puree, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, ragi and sooji porridge, etc. Start slow with 4-6 spoons per serving.
