my baby is 6 days old she has 12.9 tcb so.... we admit her in hospital

Physiological jaundice occurs because baby's liver is immature for bilirubin metaboilsm You may Breastfeed adequately because dehydration can increase bilirubin levels. Be in regular follow up of Paediatrician for bilirubin monitoring.
