My baby is 6 days old he is passing watery stool after immediate feeding ..is it normal or should i comsult doctor

A. Hello mom it is not normal as he is passing watery stools and that is a sign of tummy issue indigestion , so you need to take care of your feed and take necssary medicine for the baby
