Q.
my baby is 6 and half months old. he is still not sitting without support. Should I check with the doctor?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. sitting without support and crawling in children may sometimes come after one year of age also.
if the growth of the child is proper no need to worry. just take care of regular diet and baby massage which will help in strengthening the musclesz needed for sitting and crawling.
in some cases crawling may be absent in children and directly the child will begin to stand with support and later walkz with support and then without support.
take a medical check up done to confirm if there is need of any intervention.

infact babies start learning this by the age of 6 months
so it is just start
please don't get Panic
just give enough play time to practice it more
give gentle massage with Babyhug massage oil everyday
