Q.
my baby is 6.75 month old and he fell from the bed. his nose bleeds little bit. it doesnt flow just little blood inside.. do i need to worry. or what else do i need to check in him.

better to visit your pediatrician for once.
keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding and sleeping.
observe your child for next 48 hours too
if there is any symptom like fever, irritability, breathing difficulty, dazzineess, low appetite, vomiting, diaherra, stomach pain etc too then please visit your pediatrician immediately.
