my baby is 6.5month old last for 4days he is suffering from cough nd cold too much we consulted with doctor nd giving all medicine as prescribed but yesterday he got fever nd we gave medicine also but medicine ka.asar khatam hota fir fever aa rha hai kya kru

Cough along with Cold and fever most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration needs to be maintained. you can give steam inhalation which is useful . cough cough needs to be treated with medicine like anti allergic expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the need. if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose is 15 mg/ kg body weight and can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

Fever Keep repeating after every six hours that’s very normal behaviour of fever so long with a medicine that you are giving start doing thande a Pani ki patti as well because that is going to help in breaking down the fever of the China so start doing that as well
