A. Dear ma’am, your baby doesn’t require such foods. Please continue breast feeding exclusively for the first six months and thereafter you can start solids along with continuing breastfeeding up to two years or beyond.

A. It is recommended that solid foods should be introduced after 6 months. All the nutrition a baby needs for the first 6 months of life is provided by breast milk or infant formula. After 6 months, babies need more iron and other nutrients that milk alone can not provide.
