ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist7 years agoA. Dear ma’am, your baby doesn’t require such foods. Please continue breast feeding exclusively for the first six months and thereafter you can start solids along with continuing breastfeeding up to two years or beyond.

All the nutrition a baby needs for the first 6 months of life is provided by breast milk or infant formula. After 6 months, babies need more iron and other nutrients that milk alone can not provide.
