My baby is 5months 9 days old.. Can I start solid for my baby..? And also my baby sleeps in the whole night without any feedings

A. start with solids as the baby turns six months as ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge Dalia sabudana khichdi cerelac puree mashed boiled fruits and vegetables as potato sweet Carrot papaya pear sapota banana apple remember one new food one at a time
