Q.

my baby is 5months 17days old .. she's not sleeping well i mean she's is sleeping just for 20mins and started playing with for atleast 3-4hours,.. and also she is becoming thin day by day what should i do now???

A. Sleep may be disturbed as baby is distracted by physical discomfort like teething, or milestones like learning to roll , pull up these things distract baby from relaxing down into sleep.
