Q.
My baby is 5month old her borthweight was 3kg now her weight is 5.6kg she is only on bf shall i give formula milk ?as doc told she has soft bones and is weak so gove formula milk along with breastmilk i dont wnt to give formula milk as it os something processed

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, your baby's weight gain has been normal, there is no need to give formula. you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. at one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
