my baby is 57 days old and now a days m having body aches.. is it ok to have painkillers as the baby is still on breath feeding.. does it also impact the baby's health??

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Avoid pills,Slowly inhale and let the belly fall toward the floor, arching the back and extending the head at the same time. Next, slowly exhale, rounding the back and tucking the chin into the chest. Alternate between these two positions in a slow and steady movement. Complete 2 sets of 10 repetitions.
