Q.

My baby is 55 days old. I am a breastfeeding mother. What diet should I follow? And which diet is healthy for baby .

A. Hello mom it would alway be preferable to take easy to digest foods the better it would be , and avoid high spices and fried foods , keep your self hydrated as well . Certain foods listed would be helpful to produce milk such as garlic , flax seeds, oats, milk , dry fruits , panjiri, drumstick leaves , fenugreek leaves , jeera or ajwain or saunf water etc
