My baby is 55 days old and her birth weight is 2.98 with water loss and now her weight is 4.405.i am worried about how is her weight gain. she is exclusively on breast feed.

A. weight gain is good.. don't worry, feed as often as they seem hungry or want comforted, offer more breastfeeds, feed from both breasts at each breastfeed. feed longer from one side to get hind milk which helps to improve weight
