my baby is 5 months today can I introduce solid to him if yes what should I offer him first

top food should be given only after completion of 6 months
like homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, porridge, kheer, cooked seasonal vegetable puree or add to food like khichdi, vegetable Dal rice.
