my baby is 5 months old..Tuesday gave rice porridge and altarax medicine for cold Wednesday also gave rice porridge and altarax..wednesday poop was in green colour is it normal?

if green stool is normal,paste like consistency, do not worry about it.
it is goid to increase breast feefing and start top food after 6 month of age
