my baby is 5 months old since 3-4 days he is having loose motions vomits cough and fever will you please tell me why it's happening iam so much worried help me

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptotymatic treatment along with management for dehydration yis required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
