my baby is 5 months old now and I have resumed working on a 7 hour shift... i wanted to know what could be the daily food routine for my child who has now gone in his 6 month

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and after the age of six months you can give baby semi solid food and also give baby formula milk till six months along with breastfeeding and also whenever you are not at home then you can pump your breast milk for baby too.
