my baby is 5 months old. last 10 -12 days he is doing slimy mucus stool. he do stool 3-4 times in a day. colour is greenish yellow. I examine the stool. as pus cell was low so doc don't give him any medicine rather than enterogermina. but his problem is not cured. he frequently pass stool. today he passes green stool. watery bubble type green in colour. he is exclusively breastfeeded. please suggest. what to do
