Q.
my baby is 5+ months old.. I have already started with some solids but fruits only(Kerala banana,apple). but haven't tried giving him anything else. He is a very active kid with good digestion. could anyone suggest what else I should give. Other than these fruits he is on breast milk completely

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children5 years agoA. hello mom when As your baby has completed 6 months you can start with Semi solid diet which is very light and easy to digest you can start with moong ki daal ka pani dal rice Suji ki Kheer custard porridge mashed potatoes mashed fruits
