my baby is 5 months old he has 100 fever and coughing again and again ..also vomits when feeding?? what to do

A. hi. first of a give her paracetomol for fever in right dose. breaat feed properly. and burp well after feeding, do not over feed ur baby. as ur child is too young, kindky consukt ur doctor
