my baby is 5 months old and she always pukes out milk after every feed..

make sure you are giving only breastfeed to the child.
you should always feed in upright position and burp in-between and after feeding sessions.
give colicaid or caspa drops thrice a day

little bit of vomiting is absolutely normally just maintain good position during breastfeeding keep baby head elevated and massage baby tummy in circular motion with coconut oil
after feeding also hold up right on shoulder and gently pat on back and make baby burp
