my baby is 5 months old and last month his left year got wound and he cried a lot and now his right ear also got wound what's the reason I consulted a pediatrician in my area she suggested antibiotic for wound and suggests it's common to get wound in ear in children I want the reason

A. this is because of cold infection spreading the earFurther it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required
