Q.

My baby is 5 months old and is completely on formula milk. From yesterday onwards we have changed the formula from Lactogen to Similac IQ+. Today she had a very hard poop and was also crying during pooping. Is it due to change in formula milk. Should we continue with Similac IQ+ or switch back to Lactogen Also my baby is continuously bringing her tongue outside her mouth. This could be due to dehydration. Can we give her 2-3 spoon of boiled water to drink
