my baby is 5 months old and his weigt is 4.5kg.Is it ok?

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 9 m old girl7 years agoA. Weight is good. Try to feed for longer duration. 15-20 mins each breast. This way baby will get balanced foremilk and hind milk. Foremilk comes in the beginning for 5-10 mins then comes the hind milk which is rich in fats and can help baby gain weight. So always empty a breast each time.
