NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you make sure to exclusively breastfeed your baby till the baby complete 6 months and if baby is gaining a minimum of 600 grams to 800 grams per month then ot is a good weight gain and is absolutely nothing to worry about and you can give infant formula milk if bm is not sufficient
