my baby is 5 months 9 days old from last 3 days he is pooping near 4 to 5 times a day pls help me what to give him to get relief near the pooping area it became reddish

A. 4-5 Times is perfectly normal till the time the motion is not lose its perfectly fine you can apply Boroline onto that area regularly whenever your child is passing stools so that the rashes do not appear apart from that 4 to 5 times is considered normal don’t worry about it
