my baby is 5 months 15 days old..can I give cerlac to her ?

Hello mom Would not recommend solids as of now would suggest you to 1st start up with some liquids for this month you can start with some stuff like dal or rice water, vegetable soups or a fresh fruit juice can be given and gradually from the age of six months you can start giving them semisolid and mashed food and preferably try to give home-made food as much as possible
