My baby is 5 month old when is the best time to start solids? And what is the first thing we can give to them

A. Hello dear parent! Ideally semi solids and water should be introduced only after 6 months completion. Till then the baby should be either exclusively breastfed or formula fed only. Consult your doctor before starting semi solids. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
