ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom currently you can start with weaning foods for them so intially with liquid consistency foods and gradually you can give semi solid and mashed consistency foods, you can alternate it with your feed.
you can give steamed vegetables , soups. fruits , juices, puree, kichidi, rice and thin dal, porridge made with ragi , suji , home made cerelac mix.

easy to digest you can start with moong ki daal ka pani dal rice Suji ki Kheer custard porridge
mashed potatoes mashed fruits.
