Simply apply your breastmilk and coconut oil there. Most skin related issues in babies below 1 year like white spot, pimples, rashes etc go on own in time by doing the same.
Do massage daily and give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc once baby completes 6 month.
