My baby is 5 month old now should I start to feed her baby food item

Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Maintain hydration
Maintain hygiene
