my baby is 5 month old...having severe diaper rash...I have used zinc oxide cream,baby powder,vaseline petroleum jelly & many more things but no improvement.
anyother product is useful??plz share ur experience

if the rashes are so severe.. apply desitin maximum strength.. sudocream, ezinappy etc all have zinc oxide but desitin has the maximum n is effevtive to cure severe rashes quickly.. 
i use it n with just one application theres a reduction in the redness n rashes.. 
also try these - 
1. clean the area everytime u do a diaper change with wet cotton pads.. at times the wipes would aggravate it further..for cotton pads just take enough cotton from the roll.. wet it squeeze it enough to retain water nnput them in a box.  
2. give nappyfree time
try using dermatlogically or clinically tested wipes..

Whenever you have to clean the diaper area clean it with water and cotton cloth. Pat the area dry don't rub , use diaper rash cream before using diaper,Himalaya is fine goes well with my daughter, give her lots of diaper free time, use cloth diaper in between. But wash them properly and sundry, if sunlight not available boil them and then clean them to kill the germs

My baby also had bad rashes n would cry when we applied rash creams...
We kept her without a diaper or nappy for 3 days...  after evry urine or stool in wiped her with water soaked cotton...n applied aloe Vera every time... plus we  tried to make her sleep on her side so the rashes got some air... it works magic!
