A. even my son too had it from his 10 days till 5 months inspite of trying many medicines only this worked out , b4 nappi to b applied b4 wearing diaper but best is to avoid diaper for few days.... then the best medicine is, mix flutivate ointment and siloderm ointment in 1:2 ratio and apply on affected area.. it gives best result...

A. Whenever you have to clean the diaper area clean it with water and cotton cloth. Pat the area dry don't rub , use diaper rash cream before using diaper,Himalaya is fine goes well with my daughter, give her lots of diaper free time, use cloth diaper in between. But wash them properly and sundry, if sunlight not available boil them and then clean them to kill the germs

A. Sudocrem is best in rashes.

AnuMom of a 8 yr 11 m old girl8 years ago

A. Sudo crem is best if rashes r severe, use coconut oil regularly. secondly, cleansing is important so only use Mother Sparsh wipes....its 98% water. my baby rashes reduced to 80%.

A. if the rashes are so severe.. apply desitin maximum strength.. sudocream, ezinappy etc all have zinc oxide but desitin has the maximum n is effevtive to cure severe rashes quickly.. i use it n with just one application theres a reduction in the redness n rashes.. also try these - 1. clean the area everytime u do a diaper change with wet cotton pads.. at times the wipes would aggravate it further..for cotton pads just take enough cotton from the roll.. wet it squeeze it enough to retain water nnput them in a box. 2. give nappyfree time try using dermatlogically or clinically tested wipes..
