ArchanaMom of a 9 yr 2 m old girl8 years agoA. Whenever you have to clean the diaper area clean it with water and cotton cloth. Pat the area dry don't rub , use diaper rash cream before using diaper,Himalaya is fine goes well with my daughter, give her lots of diaper free time, use cloth diaper in between. But wash them properly and sundry, if sunlight not available boil them and then clean them to kill the germs

Destin cream works good but is very expensive. lately have started using Mamaerarh diaper rash cream and they are pretty effective. available on all leading online portals. Rashmi PandeyMom of a 9 yr 7 m old girl8 years agoA. if the rashes are so severe.. apply desitin maximum strength.. sudocream, ezinappy etc all have zinc oxide but desitin has the maximum n is effevtive to cure severe rashes quickly.. i use it n with just one application theres a reduction in the redness n rashes.. also try these - 1. clean the area everytime u do a diaper change with wet cotton pads.. at times the wipes would aggravate it further..for cotton pads just take enough cotton from the roll.. wet it squeeze it enough to retain water nnput them in a box. 2. give nappyfree time try using dermatlogically or clinically tested wipes..
