Q.

My baby is 5 month old and he is on formula milk.From 2 days his urine is in yellow colour and stool is in green colour .Is there any problem?

A. no problem. but yellow color indicated less intake of milk. feed more often n longer from one side. keep comfortable room temp to avoid dehydration from sweating. tc
